All services are subject to a separate written estimate and, where applicable, a signed service agreement.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, chat widget, or by phone are preliminary and may be adjusted after an on-site evaluation. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days.

4. SMS / Text Message Terms (A2P)

We may send SMS/text messages using application-to-person (A2P) messaging for appointment reminders, project updates, and related service communications. The following terms apply:

• Consent: By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to your project and our services.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Delivery: We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by your mobile carrier or network provider.
• Carrier variability: SMS delivery is not guaranteed on all carrier networks, and we are not responsible for carrier limitations.

5. Scheduling & Project Conduct

Project dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any material changes as promptly as practicable. You agree to provide reasonable site access and to follow any safety guidance provided by our team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Perfection Painting LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
